Network & Infrastructure Management
Manage the design and implementation of the company's network architecture and overall infrastructure.
Operate and maintain the server room and IT infrastructure for the factory in Vietnam to ensure high availability and performance.
Technical Support & Help Desk
Provide comprehensive IT support for office operations, including the maintenance and management of printers, computers, timekeeping machines, and other peripheral devices.
Oversee weak current systems and ensure all hardware and software components function correctly.
Systems Administration
Operate and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to meet production and operational needs.
Coordinate directly with the Group's IT department to synchronize system implementations and troubleshooting efforts.
Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify areas for improvement within the IT infrastructure and assist in the implementation of information technology upgrades.
Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment conducive to manufacturing productivity.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an Information Technology role.
Deep practical understanding of managing and operating ERP and MES systems.
Skills & Competencies
Fluent in both Chinese and Vietnamese, capable of reading, writing, and speaking at a professional level.
Strong system thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Personality & Attitude
Under 30 years of age.
Highly responsible, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
