Create and manage production plans to make sure work runs smoothly and on time.
Organize tasks to get the best results with the least delay.
Keep records like work orders, product details, and schedules updated.
Watch over production, adjust plans when needed, and inform everyone involved.
Work with sales, purchasing, and quality teams to make sure products meet standards and deadlines.
Find ways to improve production to save time and costs.
Spot possible problems early and fix them to avoid delays.

Yêu cầu
2+ experience as a production planner, scheduler, or merchandiser ( in the garment/ textile industry is preferred)
Familiar with production planning and quality control principles.
Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes and procedures.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary: up to 18,000,000 VND or negotiable based on experience
