Follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in sales training programs to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in all sales activities.
Execute sales strategies and action plans as per company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement.
Provide clients with relevant information on services and guide them through the sales process.
Regularly report on sales progress and market feedback to assist with continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu
Knowledge of projects and real estate market in HCM and Hanoi in Vietnam
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the property or furnishings industry.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Language Required: Good at English or Chinese
