- The (B2B Sales) Inside Sales Representatives is responsible for lead engagement and qualification. This role is not end-to-end sales. The ISR will work closely with marketing and the sales closure team by contacting leads, conducting discovery calls, qualifying prospects based on defined criteria, and handing over qualified leads to the sales closure team for final conversion.

* Detail:
- Identify, contact, and engage prospective customers through email outreach, outbound phone calls, and scheduled Zoom/virtual discovery meetings.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand customer needs, business goals, challenges, and overall solution fit.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and clearly categorize them as Qualified or Not Qualified.
- Capture and document all discovery insights, qualification details, and next steps accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide prospects with high-level product and use-case information without
engaging in pricing, negotiation, or deal closure.
- Schedule and hand over Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the sales closure team with complete and clear context.
- Maintain a clean and up-to-date lead pipeline through consistent follow-ups and status updates.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure lead
quality and alignment.
- Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape to support effective discovery conversations.
- Track lead activity and qualification metrics using CRM tools and contribute to regular reporting.
Yêu cầu
- +3 years of experience working in a sales b2b or any relevant role
- Language: English - business level
- Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Experience learning new technology and data
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
