Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the planning & executing of all SEO-related tasks and deliverables including
keywords research, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-line SEO, tracking, up-to-date search
engine algorithms and new SEO tactics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report on SEO effort to line manager.
- Research and analyze SEO keywords throughout the company's website, micro-sites,
landing pages, marketing materials and competitors.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.
- Develop and implement link building strategy.
- Acquire high quality links through hands-on link building outreach including reach out email
to bloggers, forum posting, and blog to increase our rankings on search engine and
ecommerce platform (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada).
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing team to align goals.
Digital/SEM:
- Plan & execute SEM campaign, sow may expand into others paid channels (YouTube,
Display, Facebook, TikTok...)
- Monitor campaign daily performance, track, optimize keywords, adtext accordingly.
- Write effective adtext to raise campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly report on paid media performance to line manager.
Yêu cầu
- 3+ years of in-house experience with proven SEO experience.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, and advanced familiarity with HTML and technical SEO.
- Proven track record of driving execution with examples of successful web optimization
projects (increase keywords ranking, traffic, lead generation to website)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics), keywords analytics
tool and WordPress.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Fluent English - speaking and writing with native Vietnamese language.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, and ease with advanced Excel reports.
- Be a results-oriented team player with strong organizational and time management skills,
always on the lookout for opportunity.
