Mô tả công việc
- Receive informations from customer service team. Then arrange the schedule for exporting, delivery good.
- Execute shipment process on AX system.
- Contact customer for getting and checking informations about orders before ship out and do customs declaration.
- Coordinate shipping with customs agent for clearance and delivery.
- Arrange vehicle, shipmode for delivery.
- Solve problems related to shipments.
- Voice out difficulty issues if any.
- Keep track of shipment for payment and import-export documentation.
- Checking and make payment fo transportation agent.
- Checking and make payment for transportation agents, submit payment on time.
- Arrange urgent shipments as enquiry.
Yêu cầu
- Have 1 year experience in importing-exporting
- Be familiar with the legal requirements regarding import-export shipments, experience in import-export is an advantage
- Good at English skill.
- Good at computing, Microsoft Office.
- Active, enthusiastic.
- Candidates will be given priority near Binh Duong new city area
