As an On Trade Manager, you will deliver customer marketing activations that create value and financial impact for our company. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix. Working with sales teams to uncover opportunities and drive execution of the plan is key to this role.
Your key focus will be to:
• Be the leader for the Modern On trade Successful Channel Strategy Development and Implementation
• Commercial responsibility for the delivery of the modern on trade channel activity plan including creation, delivery & execution of all below the line (BTL) programmes & associated budgets.
• Successfully plan, deploy, manage and supervise for customer events & its commercial deliverables in line with company strategy and execution framework.
• Successfully deploy, manage and supervise the execution standard in the modern on trade channel in alignment with the defined category and channel growth drivers.
• Build up the long- and short-term Strategy for the Channel by deep understanding of channel/customer needs
• Deliver and monitor execution plan for category and brands, which communicates priorities to the region, setting channel specific execution standards with sales, managing total channel budget in the process.
• Maximize impact and value of supplier partnerships (3rd parties) for performance development, in coordination with procurement for effective and on time KPI and evaluation of every supplier
• Create on time and quality M&E for all channel related activities and manage monthly financial
• Grow and develop the subordinates with clear and regular communication, coaching both by on the job and official training
• Support Innovation Commercialization with the recommendation on the new innovations launch and supported activities in the Modern On trade Channel
• Ensure all activities, processes and communications strictly follow company regulation
• Conduct regular field assessment activities of promotions, activations, and events activities.
• Ensure risks are proactively identified and solutions are recommended
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Business related discipline
• 3 - 7 years stretching experience in similar position in Alcohol business or FMCG
• A proven commercial track record with prior experience building good relationships with customers
• English fluently in written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good knowledge of sales team & customer needs
• A strong can-do attitude with a strong drive for results
• Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills
• Project Management Skills
• Able to interpret data and driving value adding insights
• Budget management experience
• Organize and determined persistent person
• Able to promote cross functional effectiveness
• Decision making oriented and able to quickly react to changing environment
• Ability to build and inspire high performing teams
