JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
Help customers set up and use BSS Commerce/ Magestore Shopify apps or Shopify Theme.
Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow-up tasks.
Keep customers updated on their requests.
Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.
Participate in regular online training sessions.
Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably 20-25 years old.
Working hours are from 0:00 to 7:00 AM , or 3:00 to 7:00 AM or minimum of 20 hours per week, with a required 4 hours within the range of 0:00 to 8:00 AM (GMT+7) (Optional weekend shifts).
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e-commerce is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
Team player with a fast learning ability.
