JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute
business development strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with crypto exchanges, institutional investors, fintech companies, and key industry stakeholders.
Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional clients, and retail traders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize business strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Negotiate and close deals with partners, liquidity providers, and affiliates to enhance the company's ecosystem.
Develop and implement affiliate and referral programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strategic alliances.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or financial trading sectors.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading, blockchain technology, DeFi, and financial markets.
Existing network within the crypto and financial services industry is a strong plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience working with affiliate marketing, institutional clients, or OTC trading is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese

Data-Driven Marketing - Own performance metrics (active users, conversion rates, retention) and use on- and off-chain analytics to optimize strategies.
Digital Marketing Execution - Manage and scale campaigns across SEO, paid ads, social, email, content, and Web3-native platforms
Community-Led Growth - Partner with community teams to fuel word-of-mouth marketing, amplify user-generated content, and drive brand advocacy.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ year managing social for venture-backed crypto projects
Strong DeFi/trading knowledge and community building experience
Exceptional content creation skills (including memes, GIFs)
Data-driven approach to growth strategy
Expert in social media analytics and community management
Proficient with Notion and Linear.
Nice to have:
Experience with token launches and exchange listings
Proven track record of viral NFT/token launch campaigns
Direct experience growing trader base at DEX/CEX
Based in Asia/SEA (+/- 3 hours)
Experience with DEX/CEX growth and trader acquisition.
Track record of viral crypto marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology.
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
