JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Detail Oriented Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet user needs and align with company standards. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the founder and product teams to understand business needs and goals.
Prepare detailed design documentation to ensure smooth development and production.
Ensure all designs align with company standards and industry best practices.
Share design ideas and concepts with the product manager and engineers.
Research new trends, materials, and technologies to enhance designs.
Improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio (mandatory).
Proficiency in Figma is a must.
Experience in user-centered UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of design software such as Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured design process.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
Fluent in English ( required )
Availability to work within U.S. time zones.
