JOB DESCRIPTION
You'll be part of the backbone of our platform operations. Specific responsibilities include:
🔧 Operations Support
Assist in processing and verifying onboarding documents for advisers and clients
Ensure case submissions follow SOPs across multiple modules (e.g. insurance, trust, compliance)
Manage status tracking and update dashboards using HubSpot, Notion, Portant, and other tools
⚙️ Workflow Automation & Quality Control
Help build, test, and run digital workflows (e.g. e-signature flow, advisor migration, compliance checks)
Cross-check data accuracy and ensure smooth handoff between systems
Follow up with internal teams to clear bottlenecks in processing
📑 Documentation & SOP Execution
Maintain clear and updated SOP records
Identify repetitive tasks for automation
Participate in team meetings to improve system reliability and user experience
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:
Strong tech orientation and digital literacy (Google Workspace, Slack, workflow tools)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Age below 30
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Able to follow structured SOPs with high attention to detail
Available full-time (preferred for interns) or part-time (must have ops background)
Bonus if you have:
Prior experience in operational support, customer success, or admin in a tech or financial company
Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or automation tools like Portant, Zapier, n8n
Background in finance, business, or tech-related studies
Experience working with remote teams
