Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Support the creation of business process models, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Participate in testing activities, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
Conduct research and provide insights on industry best practices, tools, and technologies.
Assist in creating presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
High proficiency in English.
Previous working experience in BA is a plus.
Strong interest in business analysis, IT systems, and digital transformation.
Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) or similar tools
