JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Officer to join our growing team. This hybrid
role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both people and processes -
from handling daily bookings and supporting customers, to keeping our
operations and admin tasks running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Operations & Customer Bookings
Handle customer bookings for
train and bus tickets via email, website, and social media channels
Coordinate with suppliers and partners
to secure ticket availability
Issue e-tickets and confirmations
accurately and on time
Communicate schedule updates or
service changes to customers
Provide pre- and post-booking
support in a friendly and professional manner
🧾 Administration & Sales Reports
Issue VAT invoices upon customer
request
Record and reconcile daily
transactions
Prepare weekly and monthly sales
reports (Excel or accounting software)
Organize and maintain records,
invoices, and booking confirmations
Assist with internal
documentation and compliance tracking
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager as: Basic Marketing Support, Office & Internal Support, ...
REQUIREMENTS
· Must
have a personal laptop for daily work
· Willingness
to work in shifts and on weekends (with scheduled rotation)
· Basic knowledge of Excel and
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
· Good communication in both
Vietnamese and English
· Prior experience in tourism,
booking, or administrative roles is a plus
· Self-motivated
and proactive in managing tasks
· Quick-thinking,
flexible, and able to handle customer issues with care.

Salary: From 8,000,000 VND/month +
performance-based bonuses (negotiable depending on experience and
actual business performance)
