Data Management & Dashboard Creation
Build and manage up-to-date input data feeds for daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track Online Business Operation performance.
Automate data refresh processes whenever possible to improve efficiency.
Business Needs Analysis & Insight Generation
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Analyze data to identify key issues, opportunities, and trends impacting operations.
Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Communication
Design and develop visually. appealing dashboards to effectively monitor Business Operation performance.
Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on key business metrics
Effectively communicate data analysis and insights to stakeholders through presentations or other means.
Knowledge Management
Maintain up-to-date transfer documents and knowledge repositories to ensure transparency and smooth knowledge transfer.
Regularly update these documents to reflect changes in processes and systems.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2+ years of experience in data analysis with large datasets and experimentation preferred.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and Excel.
Excellent communication & business acumen.
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Exceptional visualization skills to create clear and impactful data visualizations.
English proficiency is a plus.
