Mô tả công việc
Follow up-to-date SOPs and direct supervisor's instructions of daily inbound, outbound and inventory
management activities
Ensure all tasks assigned by the immediate superior for operation, related activities such as company
activities, safety and security program implementation is fully supported
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on activities accurately and timely
Respond to customer's emails and escalations for any warehouse activities in a timely manner
Develop self's performance with continuous efforts to close gaps in SOPs and initiate improvement projects
Proactively escalate to superior for prominent issues
Cooperate with other internal and external departments to achieve successful job assignment
Solve problem when IT was happen
Contact shipper to get information & get approval from oversea for all shipment of assigned Customer or vice versa.
Follow up shipment status from pick up at warehouse to delivery to Consignee's location
Solving trouble related to customer
Follow up payment status
Strictly follow company's rule during working hours
Fulfill other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor

Effective English communication (written and verbal)
Good MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
