Mô tả công việc
- The Operation Manager will be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of the VIA English Center. The candidate will ensure that all center activities run smoothly and efficiently, meet quality standards, and achieve established business objectives.
* Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee and coordinate all daily activities of the center, including schedules, exams, and events.
- Manage facilities and equipment to ensure they are always in good condition.
- Manage the staff team: teachers, administrative staff, security, etc.
Quality Management:
- Ensure the quality of teaching and other services provided by the center.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
- Collect and analyze student feedback to improve service quality.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the center's budget.
- Ensure that revenue and expenditure are carried out in accordance with regulations and effectively.
Business Development:
- Participate in and support marketing and sales activities to increase student enrollment.
- Seek and cooperate with strategic partners to improve operational efficiency.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on the center's operations.
- Analyze data and make improvement recommendations.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Insurance, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Training and coaching skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to lead, organize, and build high-performing teams.
- Strong general management skills, with a proactive, decisive, and creative approach to work.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Good English proficiency.
- Positive attitude, quick learner, patient, and highly responsible.
