RESPONSIBILITIES
The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail stores within a fashion brand. This role involves managing store staff, ensuring efficient store operations, and driving sales performance.
1. Store Operations:
o Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
o Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
o Optimize store layout and merchandising to maximize sales and customer experience.
o Oversee inventory management, including stock control, receiving, and returns.
o Monitor store performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
2. Customer Service:
o Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the store.
o Train staff on exceptional customer service standards.
o Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
o Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Performance:
o Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and staff training.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
4. Visual Merchandising:
o Ensure that stores adhere to the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
o Create visually appealing and engaging store displays.
o Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in visual merchandising.
5. Financial Management:
o Manage store budgets and expenses.
o Monitor store profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
o Prepare and analyze financial reports.
6. Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superior.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in retail operations software and systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passion for the fashion industry and a strong understanding of retail trends.
