Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Operation Officer
+ Work location: HCM Office - 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh/ 3rd Floor - East Office of AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi
+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive
Job summary:Perform administrative support, data entry, document arrangement, and track the execution of basic operational procedures. Focus on record keeping and supporting new mall opening projects in terms of documentation.
1. Subjectively participate in daily on-site inspections. Master operational basics through hands-on learning to ensure accurate inspections and routine checks (30%);
2. Collect weekly and monthly data (incidents, utilities, Sales /customer /bike/car figures) with high precision. Understand how numbers reflect field activities and submit high-quality reports to supervisors (20%);
3. Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure and regulations. Proactively share ideas for minor workflow improvements noticed during daily tasks (20%);
4. Handle administrative tasks such as RFA (Request for Approval), contract management, payments and support meeting preparations (10%);
5. Support on-site activities for new mall launches, events, or emergency responses (15%);
6. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to achieve organizational goals (5%).
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree, any fields;
2. Have over 1 year of experience in building operation management, including administrative support, document control;
3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
4. Be careful with paperwork, have good teamwork spirit, and be willing to learn;
5. Have good negotiation and communication skills;
6. Good at Microsoft Office.
