- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations
- Develop and direct the management of each department to ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, proper and timely product forecast to make sure customer needs are met
- Maintain effective communication between various departments to ensure the company operational goals are met.
- Participate in vendor negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost efficiency
- Formulate policies and procedures to ensure the materials and human resources needs are available to meet company's operational goal
- Responsible to maximize the organizations growth and profitability while leading and managing all company operations functions
Yêu cầu
- Must have excellent oral and written skills in English
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, preferably from the Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of contracting and negotiation
- Experience in policy making, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and recruit people
- Ability to demonstrate leadership
- Ability to interact with officials at various levels and work effectively with a wide range of constituents
- Work well with others
- Attention to details
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Organized and self-motivated
