This role focuses on 70% Data Analytics and 30% Operations support, driving data-informed decision-making while closely partnering with the PMO Manager on key initiatives such as bad stock clearance and operational performance improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
Own data extraction and preparation from WMS, BI tools, and internal systems to support KPI tracking, performance governance, and operational reporting.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and structured quality control checks before release to stakeholders.
Build and maintain backend datasets, translate defined logic into scalable SQL queries and standardized reporting datasets.
Develop and optimize SQL queries to automate recurring reports and reduce manual workload across Operations teams.
Deliver structured adhoc datasets and analysis to support operational decisions, incident investigations, and management reviews.
Collaborate cross-functionally with KPI, Operations, PMO, BI, Finance, and 3PL partners to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement of data pipelines, reporting processes, and operational analytics framework.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
1+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or reporting support
Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
Experience in logistics / warehouse / 3PL / e-commerce is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Structured and logical thinking
Ability to translate business logic into technical queries
Comfortable working with large datasets
Ability to handle repetitive data tasks with high accuracy
Good stakeholder communication (for clarification & data validation)
