We're looking for an Operations Manager (Hospitality) to oversee end-to-end building services in a dynamic and modern working environment:
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Front Desk, Housekeeping, Technical, and IT teams.
Develop operational plans, train and evaluate staff performance to ensure service excellence.
Maintain high standards of safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
Quickly address and resolve incidents to ensure seamless customer experience.
Prepare periodic budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Implement service improvement initiatives and ensure consistency in brand experience.
Liaise with external vendors and ensure all building systems operate efficiently.
Requirement
3-5 experience in operations or facility management in hospitality or building services.
Strong understanding of Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Technical Systems management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle incidents with calm and efficiency.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Good knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations.
