Coordinate and oversee the transportation of finished steel coils and pipes, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Develop and strictly monitor on-site safety procedures, with a focus on crane operations, heavy lifting activities, and container truck transportation.
Control revenues and expenses while optimizing operational costs within the section.
Supervise workforce allocation, assign duties, and evaluate the performance of staff and drivers.
Report directly to and provide administrative as well as external affairs support to the Japanese General Manager (GM).
Yêu cầu
Male, 35 - 40 years old
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 5 years of experience working as a Section Manager or Operations Manager in logistics service companies or steel/heavy metal manufacturing plants.
Proficient in English
