Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse teams, both in-house and third-party, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and that orders are fulfilled accurately.
Lead the Coordinator team in managing the order flow from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the warehouse, delivery teams, and customers.
Manage the Delivery team, including in-house drivers and third-party logistics providers, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery services.
Develop and implement operational processes and best practices to achieve peak efficiency in warehouse management, order fulfillment, and delivery operations.
Analyze operational metrics such as inventory levels, order fulfillment time, delivery time, return rates, and cost of returns to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to align operations with broader company objectives and to ensure a positive customer experience.
Develop and manage budget for operations department, including cost analysis and optimization.
Lead, mentor, and expand the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics and operational best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve Ru9's operational processes.
