Position: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for driving the store's success. You will lead a team of motivated individuals, develop innovative business strategies, and ensure top-notch customer experiences. This role involves managing mechanical machines, arcade machines, and amusement booths, while also handling the store's revenues and addressing customer feedback.
*Please note that the project is a collaboration between Masterise Theme Park and RH1, so the HR from either company will proceed with your candidacy.
Key responsibilities:
● Plan daily staff schedules and coordinate events or activities
● Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to complaints and resolving issues
● Monitor and maintain game machines and other equipment
● Conduct team meetings and training sessions
● Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports
● Collaborate with the accounting department on inventory and stock control
● Lead and motivate staff, providing training and mentoring
● Ensure exemplary customer service and promote the store to visitors
● Implement and enforce store rules and regulations
● Coordinate programs with external agencies and organizations
● Oversee the implementation of new events and activities
● Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties
● Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and coaching
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, including operating, training, managing a go-kart track, automobile track, entertainment park.
● Fluency in English & Vietnamese
● Strong project management and negotiation skills
● Knowledgeable in marketing and spotting entertainment trends
● Proven ability to influence people internally and externally
● Clear communication skills with adaptability for both large and small groups
● Ability to build strong supplier networks and partnerships
● Strong commercial focus, customer satisfaction, and personal ethics
● Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
● Flexibility to travel
