Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations within the country, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and implement best practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and operational performance.
- Ensure effective inventory management practices are in place to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure all retail operations comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement training programs for store staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and manage the country's retail operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services and supplies.
- Develop and implement crisis management plans to address operational challenges and ensure business continuity.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, HR, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on retail operations activities, performance, and strategic recommendations to the Country Operations Head.
