• Develop annual and quarterly deployment plans, including timelines, milestones, budget requirements, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives against deployment targets and expected results.
• Provide operational support to improve operational efficiency and capabilities.
• Lead the strategic and tactical development, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of operational support initiatives.
• Maximize the success of system plans by ensuring Operations team alignment and providing continuous input and feedback.
• Manage projects through all planning phases and ensure milestones are achieved from ideation through launch.
• Act as an advocate for the Company, ensuring consistency and professional conduct are maintained at all times.
• Protect Phúc Long's brand by ensuring stores comply with QSC, people, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Utilize available resources to identify opportunities and develop action plans to optimize market potential.
System and
Business Development• Develop and implement solutions and strategies aligned with the Company's overall business objectives within the approved budget.
• Support the development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of identified solutions.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure design efficiency and compliance with data and security standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure products and services are delivered on time and according to specifications.
Operations Capacity and Efficiency
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Store Development, Supply Chain Departments) to evaluate the operational impact and design of new stores prior to construction.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Store Development, Supply Chain, Marketing Departments) on the implementation of new equipment in stores.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve store capacity and operational efficiency, including the development of new tools and resources.
• Serve as an operations expert on Phúc Long's operating standards, management tools, and training systems to maximize store QSC performance.
• Stay updated on operational standards, procedures, and resources to strengthen leadership capabilities and maximize business performance.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance promotional effectiveness.
• Develop or support the preparation of business cases for initiatives.
• Identify and leverage available cross-functional resources to support the development and execution of assigned projects.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays and ensure timely project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other related fields.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations, including at least 2 years in a senior management role.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing change.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including experience in managing and influencing stakeholders.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in leading people and teams.
• Experience in working with and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage a complex portfolio of work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel.
