*Responsible for : People and Organization Development Manager
*Role Summary
• To develop the planned change to meet current and future business needs through working in partnership with leaders to developing progressive OD (OD; Organization Development) and L&D project (L&D: Learning and Development)
*Main duties
1) Diagnose Organization situation, issues and define needs then provide direction in the development and implementation of change management process, in partnership with HR team of TBC-Ball (VN) and TBC.
2) Develop appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employee perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs .
3) Lead the development and implementation of OD and L&D project, core values and desired behavior embedding, management of change, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.
4) Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
5) Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
6) Apply OD intervention and/or HR tools of TBC into TBC-Ball (VN) then update the progression of implementation and share working obstacle in Quarterly HR Regional meeting .
7) Update or suggest modern HR tools and trends for HR team.
8) Continue to enhance the quality of delivery of the HR & OD services.
9) Comply with confidentiality and information security policy at all times.
Yêu cầu
*Qualification: Post Graduate qualification in Organization Development, HR or equivalent
*Experience:
- Leading, developing, implementing and evaluating organizational change programs and OD projects
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams through change-related projects and programs designed to deliver people transformation
- Initiating and implementing human resources development project and programs to enhance staff capability to meet current and future business needs
- Experience of utilizing HR, learning management, Talent management, succession planning, competency management
