Sales Management
• Lead and manage the SME sales team to achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rate, activation rate, and transaction performance
• Define sales direction and daily execution plans for the team
• Drive productivity improvement and manage underperforming staff effectively
• Ensure sales discipline and execution standards are consistently maintained

Team Coaching & Performance Management
• Coach
sales staff on prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Conduct field visits with team members to improve execution quality
• Lead weekly performance reviews and individual action planning
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new sales staff
• Build a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture

Merchant Acquisition & Portfolio Quality
• Expand SME merchant portfolio across key segments such as Retail, F&B, Services, and SME chains
• Ensure healthy merchant activation and transaction utilization
• Support merchant retention and usage growth after onboarding
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues efficiently

Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Credit, Customer Service, and Product teams
• Monitor onboarding or operational bottlenecks affecting sales performance
• Escalate critical issues and propose practical solutions
