Mô tả công việc
- Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing corporate clients, focusing on client onboarding, transaction processing, and administrative tasks.
- Assist RMs on facility documents negotiation, including obtaining relevant internal approvals and timely communicating with clients.
- Assist the RMs from time to time on marketing (including client meetings), projects, credit related activities (Credit Applications, Rating Applications, agreements, credit-related documents and maturity control, etc.) or other assignments that are assigned by RMs.
- Other related duties as assigned by Supervisor and Department Head.
Yêu cầu
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in banking industry. Especially, extensive experience in credit related tasks is preferable.
- Experience as ARM at international banks is also a plus.
- Degree holder in Banking, Finance or equivalent.
- Smooth coordination & good working relationship with clients, product lines, risk function and other business units.
- Good knowledge of banking system, regulations, documentation, products.
- Good sense of team-work and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently & under high pressure.
- Good communication, time management and documentation skills.
Fluency in English (Japanese is preferable)
