Respond to customer messages through website chat, email, or social media.
Provide product information and share images or videos to help customers understand the products better.
Follow up with interested customers and encourage them to place an order.
Report feedback or special cases from your shift.
Earn bonus commissions for every successful order.
Working Hours (choose one shift)
Shift 1: 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Vietnam time)
Shift 2: 1:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Vietnam time)
Yêu cầu
Good at English skills, having knowledge about Shopify are preferred
Own laptop and stable Internet connection.
Good at time management, teamwork skills and working independently.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or online chat support is preferred.
