About the Role:
As an Advanced Level Pastry Cook, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, bringing your expertise and creativity to our pastry offerings. Your responsibilities will include:
Culinary Excellence: Prepare a variety of desserts, breads, cakes, and other baked goods with precision and artistry.
Chocolate Tempering: Demonstrate advanced skills in chocolate tempering and other specialized pastry techniques.
Recipe Execution: Execute recipes and preparations independently, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to junior staff in the absence of the supervisor, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.
Innovation: Continuously explore new pastry trends and techniques to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in the pastry kitchen.

At least three years of previous line and fine dining experience in a pastry position
Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
Proficiency in all basic and intermediate cooking and baking skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A passion for pastry arts and a commitment to excellence
