Patient Services Clerk - Nhân Viên Hướng Dẫn Bệnh Nhân

Greet patients and visitors at the main lobby and proactively assist their needs, especially elderly and disabled patients.
Escort patients to appropriate counters, outpatient departments, the admission office, and inpatient wards as required.
Provide wheelchair assistance in compliance with hospital safety and fall-prevention policies.
Coordinate with medical secretaries and relevant departments to support patient flow and check-up programs.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area, including brochures, phone charging stations, and water dispensers.
Work closely with security, housekeeping, maintenance, taxi/Grab services to ensure timely patient support.
Support doctor pick-up arrangements from public hospitals upon request from the Liaison Office.
Report issues promptly to supervisors and perform other assigned duties.
