1.Job code: Pattern
2.Working location: 10th Floor, HUD Tower, 37 Le Van Luong, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi
3.Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, from Monday to Friday - 2 Saturday mornings off/ month.
4.Job Description:
• Receive and directly handle pattern costing, pattern development, pattern fitting, and pattern PP based on Tech Packs from the Sales Team and Market Research Team.
• Use Style CAD software to make patterns.
(During interview tests, other software such as Opti Tex, Leuctra, Gerber, etc. (Maybe used).
• Read and understand technical English in the garment industry.
• Interpret and understand garment construction based on detail and TP.
• Work closely and communicate directly with MR Team, Sales Team, TD Team, and Sample Room throughout the product development process.
• Work independently on pattern making.
• Understand the sewing process and product quality evaluation, identify issues caused by workmanship, and propose effective corrective solutions.
Yêu cầu
5. Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience in Pattern Design in Apparel Industry.
• College or University degree in Garment Engineering, Apparel Technology, or related fields.
• Using Style CAD is strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of design requirements and technical documents; ability to provide feedback, suggestions, and solutions during pattern development, including final pattern and fitting sample stages.
• Ability to read, understand, and respond to technical documents and comments in English.
• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with Sales Team, MR Team, TD Team, and Sample Room.
6. Salary:
Negotiable (depending on experience and job requirements).
