Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. Whether you're an experienced ethical hacker or someone with a strong interest in cybersecurity, we welcome candidates of varying skill levels. As a Penetration Tester, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential security risks within our organization's digital infrastructure. Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on various digital assets including systems, networks, applications, and other technology platforms.
• Utilize industry-standard methodologies and tools to identify, exploit, and validate security vulnerabilities in a controlled and ethical manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and schedule penetration testing activities, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Prepare detailed penetration testing reports that outline identified vulnerabilities, potential risks, and actionable recommendations for remediation.
• Assess the severity and potential impact of discovered vulnerabilities and provide insights into potential security risks to the organization.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and industry best practices to continuously refine and improve penetration testing methodologies.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders for addressing identified vulnerabilities and enhancing security measures.
• Participate in security training, awareness programs, and workshops to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, and maintain a strong commitment to ethical hacking practices.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with various penetration testing tools and frameworks such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, etc., is a plus.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and security technologies.
• Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or similar credentials are a plus, but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English is strongly valued, as effective communication is a key aspect of this role.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional environment.
