About the opportunity
Based at our Ho Chi Minh City office in Vietnam and reporting to the People Solutions Ops Lead based in Malaysia, by joining our People Solutions Team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support and resolving HR inquiries and requests. This role involves providing guidance to navigate our end-to-end people processes confidently and efficiently. You must be adaptable, offering tailored solutions as needed and as a trusted advisor, this role is expected to deliver practical and business-oriented HR advice and coaching across all organisational levels. Additionally, you will efficiently execute essential HR tasks to meet business requirements accurately.
This role is pivotal in offering guidance across a spectrum of HR matters, ensuring policy compliance, nurturing positive employee relationships, and contributing to the overall organisational success.
As a People Solutions Advisor you will:
• Offer consistent, high-quality HR guidance and solutions to customers regarding key people processes and policies, focusing on self-service and empowering people leaders.
• Resolve non-standard queries using judgment, providing coaching and escalation when necessary.
• Enhance Āwhina and P&C systems and processes for an improved customer experience.
• Provide first level advice and guidance on various HR matters (this may include general performance management, rewards, benefits, processes, policies, and procedures).
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, suggesting innovative solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness by keeping up to date on labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
Current tasks may involve:
• Handling and coordinating HR administrative tasks, promptly directing requests to the appropriate channels, and ensuring timely processing.
• Generating and upholding accurate employment documents and contracts, including coordinating with People Leaders.
• Making people changes in our internal systems, including terminations, band adjustments, title changes, and reporting line modifications. Supporting the timely processing of new employees and changes.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee data within our HR database.
• Manage the execution of payroll with appointed vendor and ensuring timely processing.
You will be part of the team as it embarks on a journey of transformation into the digital era, making it a simpler and more modern place to work. As this change evolves, you will gain exposure to varied human resources inquiries and the position will progress to one which is more advisory in scope, enabled by both automation and human collaboration in providing people solutions.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Proven experience in HR operations or related roles in an MNC environment. Experience in the FMCG industry will be a strong advantage.
• Strong advisory, consultancy, and problem-solving skills
• Previous Payroll & Reward knowledge and experience is a must
• Comfortable in a shared service environment and resolving complex issues
• Knowledge of HR policies and the ability to work independently
• Desire to contribute to the success of HR operations and create an exceptional employee and People Leader experience
• Vietnamese and English language written & spoken proficiency
