Marketing team is looking for hard-working and enthusiastic Senior Performance
Marketing Executive With the mission to bring Cốc Cốc services to more Internet users, Marketing Department provides various marketing campaign and activities to attract, engage, and retain users. The position is expected to help Cốc Cốc acquire users by creating attractive marketing campaigns. As a Performance Marketing Executive, besides collaborating with
Marketing Manager to deliver the full marketing campaign from strategic planning to campaign execution, you will participate in marketing research projects to provide strategic insights into product development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
Manage and monitor campaign budgets, bids, and creative, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient CAC.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign results.
Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns and inform product/marketing decisions.
Research market trends, user behavior, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities in EdTech.
Support partnerships and cross-functional initiatives to expand user acquisition channels.
Assist other marketing tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
Required skills:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance/
digital marketing (preferably in EdTech products).
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven decision making.
Experience managing campaign budgets and achieving KPI targets (CPL, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate).
Good English communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
Nice to have skills:
Hands-on experience with EdTech industry
Effective communication to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
Good presentation skills as well as being able to pitch new ideas.
