We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong growth mindset, deep understanding of user behavior, and a passion for data.
In this role, you'll develop and execute
digital marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates for our mobile app.
Key Responsibilities:
Research performance marketing trends and tools to improve campaign efficiency across paid and organic channels.
Collaborate with product and design teams to craft engaging user experiences, including creative ads, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
Plan, launch, and optimize SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) to boost reach and brand performance.
Monitor ROI, ROAS, CPI, CAC, and other key metrics to ensure campaign efficiency.
Analyze campaign data and user behavior to uncover insights that improve conversion rates (CVR) and user lifetime value (LTV).
Propose and test new growth initiatives (A/B testing, channel experiments) to enhance performance.
Combine SEO and content strategies to boost organic traffic and reduce dependency on paid channels.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, mobile marketing.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, RevenueCat...).
Strong understanding of paid channels (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, etc.) and app store optimization.
Experienced with managing ROI/ROAS.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
