Proposed responsibilities:
- Designing, costing, selling, operating and managing tours throughout Vietnam and South East Asia
- Inspecting hotels, destinations and potential partners in Vietnam and South East Asia
- Building good relations with partners, guides, sub-contractors, etc.
- Meeting or contacting clients (sometimes outside working hours)
- Quality control followed strictly by designed standards
- Assisting with tour development activities
- Any other responsibilities required by the Managing Director
Yêu cầu
- University degree
- Minimum of 1 years experience in tourism business as Travel Consultant/Sales online person/Tour Operator
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Wide knowledge of Vietnam (destinations, culture, architectures, etc.)
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as a team member as well as an independent individual
- Preparedness to follow a prolonged period of intensive training
- Willingness to travel in Vietnam and abroad, possibly for prolonged periods
- Quick & high adaptable ability
Advantages:
Graduated from Tourism Faculty/Foreign Language University
Experience in MICE service and/or Event organization will be a strong plus
Experience in tourism industry and selling on-line
Experience of traveling abroad
Regular contact or previous experience of working with foreigners
Second foreign language apart from English or Spanish
