As an Executive Secretary to General Director, your main responsibilities will be:
Arranging the General Director's working schedule
Supporting and assisting General Director and other departments:
Interpreting for General Director in all meetings and business trips
Translating documents, reports, and newspaper from Korean to Vietnamese and/or English
Following General Director's guidance to other Departments and reporting process/result
Supporting other departments and employees in communicating with Korean Leaders
Yêu cầu
Over 2 years of experience as a director's secretary in a global IT or multinational company.
Must be fluent in Korean language: Topik 6 with interpreting skill
Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English
Good communication, and problem-solving skill;
Good reporting & presentation skills;
MS Office proficiency;
