Mô tả công việc

Check the results of the group's performance and propose adjustments to ensure the accuracy of the salary and bonus work for employees in the team
Regularly monitor and remind employees in the team to ensure all staffs of team are always aware of and compliance with the Company's regulations
Check the payment cases whose data has not been entered, wrong payment, requests for cancellation of fines ... proposed by the debt collectors, ensure the compliance, accuracy and truthfulness of the proposal before sending the processing request
Keep track of daily debt collection situation of staff of the team, directly support difficult cases, propose a contractual allocation based on the ability of each employee ... in order to achieve the best debt collection efficiency for the entire team
Receive, check, and reflect the information received from team members on suspected or risky cases which may affect the Company's operations, promptly reflect to the management
Listen and assess the call quality of debt collectors in order to remind and give prompt directions to improve call quality and enhance the efficiency of debt collection
Reflect promptly to the functional departments when there is a problem with the system to ensure the transparency in debt collection activities via telephone
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports on the team's operation status periodically and as the request of superiors
Support the general operation of the Debt Collection Team upon request
Arrange working schedule, leave for indirect debt collectors in accordance with the approved process
Supervise and manage working time, number of contracts and calling time of debt collectors, ensure compliance with regulations, processes and targets
Training team member
Other tasks assigned by superior from time to time

Yêu cầu

Education: Bachelor of economics, banking, finance or related field
Experience: At least 5 years working experience in debt collection in finance service, finance-technology (fintech), credit card in banking
Skills:
- Result - oriented
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Able to work independently and responsibly, team work
