Participate in the demand analysis and design of the company's game product system platform
Participate in the output of technical solutions for core projects, performance tuning, and technical difficulties
Responsible for the development of game backend logic
Responsible for the establishment of the R&D team, the daily work assignment and management of team members, and the management of team performance appraisal
Yêu cầu
At least 5 years of experience in PHP development, computer-related majors
At least 2 years working with leader role, have abily to build up and control new team
Must have excellent English skills
Proficient in using PHP language, with OOP programming ideas, proficient in object-oriented programming and design patterns, and in-depth understanding of at least one commonly used framework, such as: Hyperf or Laravel ( Hyperf prefered)
Proficient in Memcached/Redis/Mysql query optimization and storage optimization, PHP caching technology;
Familiar with the use of linux system and basic shell commands, proficient in performance optimization of mysql;
Microservices, high load, high concurrency, high stability development and testing capabilities are preferred;
Experience in game back-end development is preferred
Have certain management ability, excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, be passionate about solving challenging problems, have a sense of teamwork, be able to take the initiative, and be willing to share
