PLANNING MANAGER - JOIN OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM / HoChiMinh

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Planning Manager to join our growing garment manufacturing company and become an important part of our management team.
THE POSITION
As Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the production flow from order confirmation through to final delivery. You will work closely with Merchandising, Production, Purchasing, Factories, QA/QC and Management to ensure that every order has a clear and realistic production plan.
Your main responsibility is to make sure that the right product is produced, at the right factory, at the right time and in the required quantity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and control weekly and daily production plans for our factories.
Monitor production capacity, loading, efficiency and available resources.
Coordinate production plans with Merchandising and Factory Management.
Follow order progress and identify delays or risks before they become problems.
Ensure production plans are realistic and achievable.
Control delivery dates, production deadlines and critical paths.
Coordinate material and purchasing requirements with the Purchasing Department.
Follow up fabric, trims, samples and other production requirements.
Maintain accurate planning data and ensure information is updated and reliable.
Prepare clear planning reports, production status reports and KPI information for management.
Work with factory teams to improve efficiency and reduce waiting time and production bottlenecks.
Take immediate action when production is falling behind plan.
Use planning tools and systems to provide management with a clear overview of the company's production situation.
Continuously improve the planning system and production flow.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a manager who is:
Experienced in garment production planning or a similar manufacturing environment.
Strong in organization, coordination and problem solving.
Able to work with multiple factories and many orders simultaneously.
Analytical, structured and numbers-oriented.
Able to communicate clearly with management and different departments.
Proactive and willing to take responsibility rather than simply report problems.
Able to work under pressure and make decisions when priorities change.
Experienced with Excel and production planning systems; knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar planning tools is an advantage.
Good command of English is preferred.

Salary negotiable up to 60M VND Gross/month, depending on experience and capability.
