Plant Operations Engineer

**Mission Statement**
1. Ensure highest level of safety and reliability at site
2. Coordinate plant operators/ shift supervisors and liaise with the SIOC/CID Center to achieve constant supply of standard products in the best safety level. Manage priorities of action plan and assign actions to plant production staff. Focus on safety and efficiency of plant operation.
3. Coordinate with maintenance staff while handing over/taking over equipment to/from them to ensure safety in work.
**Main Contributions**
1. Safety and Industrial Management System
• Zero accident / incident (0 LTA / NLTA).
• Ensure highest level of safety at site, for him/her and for other people at site
• To achieve zero accident & incident by reporting near misses and attending for ASU monthly safety meeting.
• To complete all LMS trainings within given time line
• IMS and T&Q training to complete
• Sign Permit To Works
• Perform audits at site,
• Back-up of facility manager
• Deploys ARA at site
• Part of the Emergency Response Plant Team
• Ensure operations at plant are inline with IMS requirement - GT/GE compliance
2. Day-to-day production follow-up
• Able to work as shift engineers follow assignment from Facility Manager
• Coordinate on start-up/ trouble shutting plant or equipment
• Check modifications of SOP to inline with IMS requirements
• Key stakeholder on site meetings
• Update action plan
• Strongly liaise with ROCC analysts
• Take decisions on production issues, in coordination with SIO Center
• Participate into the daily production DPM review
• Participate into the annual audit from internal/external Auditor
• Day-to-day coordinate work plan with plant operators/ shift supervisors
3. Production Management
• Day-to-day coordinate work plan with plant operators/ shift supervisors
• Analyse any deviation from reports from site operations
• Support trouble shooting of the plant process in case of plant upset.
• Set monthly activity checklist.
• Communication with pipeline customers to maintain quality and quantity of supply.
• Ensure performance of maintenance tests (e.g. EIS, back-up)
• Support Maintenance team in preparing TAR (LOTO, PTW, planning, Methods of Statement, spare parts, contractors)
• Managing consumables level (incl. PO, handling, storage)
• Key stakeholder/ player in the regular or periodic operations meeting with ROCC
• Take decisions in plant optimization, in coordination with SIO Center
• Production and shift work arrangement
• Production planning
• Production reporting
• Coaching production staff
• Support FM on local regulation compliance
• Other tasks assigned by Facility manager
