Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to work on a contract basis. The role involves evaluating and optimizing computer systems and infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing computer systems and networks to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system upgrades or modifications.
Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and training.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on system usage and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with system analysis, including hardware and software evaluation and optimization.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues in a timely manner.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to streamline system management tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems.
