What you will do
You will:
Help manage the implementation of Centric PLM.
Coordinate actions between SHOEfabrik teams and Centric Software.
Track open issues, changes, decisions and deadlines.
Support system testing and new releases.
Train users and provide day-to-day support.
Create clear training material.
Improve system views, forms and workflows.
Help teams use Centric correctly.
Monitor data quality and identify recurring problems.
Build useful reports and dashboards.
Use Excel, Power BI and other tools to analyse PLM data.
Help management see delays, exceptions, bottlenecks and other important information.
Explore practical ways to use AI to analyse exports, summarise information and identify patterns.
Continue to improve the system after the main implementation is complete.
As your knowledge grows, you will become the main internal owner of Centric PLM.
You will work with footwear data
You will learn how information moves through the SHOEfabrik product creation process.
This can include:
Styles and seasons.
Colourways.
Materials and components.
Product specifications.
Samples.
Costing.
Development status.
Suppliers and factories.
Approvals and changes.
Key development dates.
You will work with Product Creation, Development, Engineering, Costing, Sourcing, Manufacturing and management.
You will:

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised.
You keep clear actions.
You follow up.
You notice when information is missing.
You like creating order around complex work.
You should also be technically confident and curious.
You enjoy learning new systems and finding better ways to use them.
You should be comfortable working with data.
You do not only want to produce a report. You want to understand what the information is telling you.
You must also be calm and patient.
A large part of this role involves helping other people use systems correctly.
Not everyone learns at the same speed.
You must be able to explain technical subjects in simple language and help people become confident users.
What we are looking for
Ideally, you will have:
Around 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with PLM, ERP, PDM, MES or another enterprise business system.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience with data, reporting or dashboards.
Experience with business processes.
Experience supporting or training users.
Strong written and spoken English.
Centric PLM experience would be useful, but it is not essential.
Footwear, apparel, product development, sourcing or manufacturing experience would also be useful.
Experience with Power BI, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar tools is an advantage.
You do not need to know everything on your first day.
You do need to learn quickly.
You may come from a different background
You may already work in PLM.
You could also come from:
Business systems.
ERP.
Business analysis.
Data and reporting.
Manufacturing systems.
Process improvement.
Digital operations.
Technology consulting.
We are particularly interested in strong local talent who understands the Vietnamese working environment and is also comfortable working in an international company.
