Mô tả công việc
• Inquire rates with suppliers and global Rhenus branches for all modes of international transport as well as domestic trucking, and customs services.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and Rhenus branches.
• Answer rate requests coming from the global Rhenus network within the timeframe.
• Prepare quotes for Rhenus Vietnam sales team using standard templates and formats.
• Handover quotes to the operations team.
• Working closely with the sales team to win new business. Provide input on customer-specific transportation solutions.
• Update rate tables in the system.
• Keep a record of, monitor and follow up on rate requests.
• Other tasks designed by superior.
Yêu cầu
• Knowledge in Import-Export operation, shipping documents and customs procedure
• Be a team player, detailed and accurate
• Existing relationships with carriers
• Sincere and long-term development of the company
• At least 03 year-working experience in forwarding company.
• Bachelor Degree
