Mô tả công việc
Receive, review, and respond to rate inquiries from customers, agents, and the sales team.
Work closely with carriers, airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to obtain the best rates for both air and sea shipments (FCL/LCL).
Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly.
Maintain and update rate databases and vendor contact lists.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals and business quotations.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure rates and service terms are consistent with actual handling conditions.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in pricing or customer service within a freight forwarding/logistics company.
Good understanding of Air & Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) pricing structures and carrier networks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
