Printing QC Specialist

- Quality Control Oversight
- Inspect printed materials (color accuracy, alignment, finishing, packaging)
- Ensure products meet company and client specifications
- Approve or reject production batches
- Vendor Management
- Work closely with external printing vendors (develop sample phase & risk assessment)
- Monitor production processes at supplier sites
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and agreements
- On-site Supervision (Field Work)
- Travel to printing factories or workshops
- Supervise printing processes, especially for critical orders
- Identify and resolve quality issues in real time
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare quality control reports and defect analysis
- Track vendor performance and quality trends
- Report issues to internal teams
- Process Improvement
- Highlight potential risks related to quality & proactive control it.
- Propose improvements to enhance print quality and efficiency
- Support vendors in meeting company standards
