- Manage so that the actual production quantity of the mass production line will be obtained.
- Analyze the cause of the gap between the plan and the actual results, formulate measures to resolve the gap, and request the relevant departments.
- Explanation of technical issues and countermeasures to customers when the plan is not achieved.
- Escalation report inside and outside the company when a problem occurs. Vendor support request and follow-up.
- Facilitate to solve the problems of mass production equipment together with vendors and maintenance.
- Discuss equipment and process-related technical issues with customers
- FACA of equipment troubles and preparation and reporting of report materials to customers.

- English Communication (Must): TOEIC 700 and above
- Japanese Communication (Better)
- MS Office (Excel, PPT, word)
- Bachelor degree and above
【Add hoc Skills】

- Experienced in the maintenance and development of mass production equipment
- Basic knowledge of electromechanical systems
- Experienced in production operation, automation, knowledge of improvement
