- Lead and manage process engineering activities for EPCM industrial projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams throughout project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and process engineering solutions to
Engineering Manager and
Project Manager.
- Lead and mentor Process Engineers, support recruitment, training, and team development activities.
- Develop and review process engineering deliverables including PFDs, Heat & Material Balance, P&IDs, Equipment List, Process Datasheets, Cause & Effect Charts, and design calculations.
- Conduct process optimization, troubleshooting, and cost reduction initiatives for industrial plants.
- Perform process simulations, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop engineering standards, best practices, SOPs, and standardized templates/tools for the Process Department.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and technical coordination to ensure project quality and timeline.
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup activities when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Process Engineering within EPC, EPCM, industrial, chemical, food & beverage, or manufacturing projects.
- Strong experience in process design and engineering documentation.
- Proficient in process simulation software and engineering tools.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in leading engineering teams and handling multi-disciplinary projects is preferred.
- Good English communication and technical reporting skills.
